For nearly two decades, Suzanne has been inspired by the transformative impact experiences and events can have, whether it’s a family discovering the coast or an explorer’s adventurous journey captivating a large audience.
She began her career at the National Geographic Society alongside Changemaker Talent’s Founder, Deborah Benson, where she supported the creation of its Speakers Bureau. She continued to grow the Speakers Bureau while marketing National Geographic Live, a speaker series bringing top adventurers, scientists, and photographers to stages worldwide. After five rewarding years, Suzanne left National Geographic to expand her marketing expertise and business acumen at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she earned her MBA.
Driven by the wonder of travel and the opportunity to market a global brand again, Suzanne joined Marriott International in 2012. She helped build the expanding Employer Brand team’s social media and internal engagement strategy, bringing to life the stories and voices of the company’s more than 300,000 employees. She next focused on Marriott Rewards’ global promotions and its B2B Rewarding Events platform. Most recently, Suzanne provided strategic positioning and marketing for Marriott Bonvoy Moments, a program offering once-in-a-lifetime experiences to loyalty members.
