This epic year-long quest through the entire length of the Grand Canyon took Kevin and Pete 750 miles on foot, through slot canyons and all four seasons to understand the challenges facing this iconic landscape today and to contemplate the value of wild spaces. For this journey, Kevin and Pete earned the coveted title, National Geographic “Adventurers of the Year.”
